Hydraulic actuators designs and builds Fully Automated Self Leveling Platforms for exclusive needs including for defense applications. The range of platforms includes vehicle lifting jacks and shelter lifting jacks. They are capable of operation from -30 degree C to +55 degree C and storage -40 degree C to +70 degree C.
The electrical/electronics for the equipment have been designed to IP65 grade with complete safety of the equipment and the operator in mind. All surfaces are treated for anti rust by either hard chrome plating or zinc spray and finish painted with special grade poly-urethane paint to give a long rust free life. In electro-mechanical jacks the spindle and the nut are heat treated, ground, nitrided and zinc phospated.
Our jacks have been tested for operation in desert, high altitude and tropical conditions and cross country travel by Indian Defense Services.
